Position Overview
Impactia Corp is seeking reliable and hardworking Event Setup Staff for an immediate start to assist with the preparation and breakdown of event spaces. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading event equipment and materials
- Set up event spaces, including tables, displays, signage, and equipment
- Break down and pack materials after events
- Follow setup instructions and event layouts accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support team members and event coordinators on-site
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
