Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and service-related questions

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of concerns
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
