Position Overview
Impactia Corp is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors for an immediate start to represent client brands at promotional events, community outreach initiatives, and customer engagement activities throughout the Washington, DC area.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at events and promotional activations
- Engage with customers and provide information about products and services
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with event activities
- Create positive and memorable customer interactions
- Assist with event setup and breakdown when needed
- Maintain professional brand representation at all times
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Previous customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
