Position Overview

Impactia Corp is seeking a dependable and organized Assistant Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of in-person events and promotions. This role focuses strictly on logistics, coordination, and on-site support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics
  • Support venue setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and team members
  • Manage event materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Help coordinate schedules and staffing for events
  • Ensure events run smoothly and efficiently

Minimum requirements

Qualifications
